We’ll do our best here to answer any questions you might have. How far do you deliver?

We deliver nationally but depending on how close you are affects what sort of vehicle the delivery is made on. Generally CO and CM post codes are done on our own crane off lorries, beyond that normally orders are sent out on tail lift vehicles on pallets.

How long does delivery take?

Although we specify up to 7 working days, normally delivery is  2-4 days. With the types of product moved, orders have to be picked from our yard and if we’re busy this can take longer than normal but generally items on the site are stock items and sent out as quickly as possible.

Do I need to be in to accept delivery?

Not normally. If the order is via our pallet company the local courier will contact you to book the delivery in. Local deliveries are made via our own lorries and typically we drop as soon as possible. Please make a note on the order if you want the order in a specific place- we will do everything we can to put where required if it’s possible.

Does the paving need sealing?

No, not necessarily but it can enhance the product on completion. Its personal choice and can make it easier to keep looking like new for longer.

Do you split packs of sleepers into less than 12?

Yes, once the minimum order is met, same with any of our products, any number can be added and the discounted rate will apply.

If I order 10 rustic sleepers will I receive 20 or will I only be charged for 5?

If you order 10 rustic sleepers on the ‘buy one get one free’ offer you will pay for 10 but receive 20

What happens if I have a broken slab in my paving pack?

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that all slabs will be in one piece- they have travelled all the way across the world before they reach you, but, generally we have very few problems with breakages and provided you allow a small percentage for ‘cuts’ and alterations you should be covered. In the worst case we can dispatch replacements but please catalogue any problems at the time of delivery, ideally a few photos would suffice.

How quickly can I collect my order if I place a ‘click and collect’ order?

Depending on the product, generally 24 hours is enough but a quick call to the relevant depot and they should be able to confirm.

If there is a ‘local’ only delivery/collection item, is it possible to ship further afield?

Generally the answer is yes but the delivery cost may be prohibitive. The reason we don’t ship everything nationally is because some items are just either too small and heavy or too large and cumbersome to make economical to move around the country. Email us your enquiry and we’ll see what we can do.

If I want a large order, is there better discounts available?

Depending on the items, and quantities, normally we can do something. Please email your request through and we’ll do our best.
