Gender Pay Gap Statement
Lawsons Group is committed to fairness, equality, and transparency in the workplace. In line with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations, we publish our gender pay gap data annually.
Our most recent gender pay gap report, for the 2024 reporting year, is published on the UK Government’s Gender Pay Gap Service website. This provides a detailed and accurate account of our gender pay gap figures and the methodology used.
