This site has no charge for use and is subject to compliance to our Terms & Conditions. These will not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to update our Terms & Conditions which will be notified on our site should this occur. Use of the site indicates your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission

General Notice

As with all natural timber products goods will be subject to movement and deterioration as they season. This may become evident with shakes, splits and warping. Timber is a natural product and these are not considered to be a fault or defect.

Our deliveries are to the kerbside/front garden only 

Pricing

Prices advertised on this site are exclusive to orders placed online only, our branches may not be able to price match.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Goods we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where the Goods' correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Goods to you. If the Goods' correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Goods, or reject the Order and tell you. If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error, we do not have to provide the Goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price. Similarly, where a product image differs from the description, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect (lower) price

Registration

To register you must be a minimum of 18 years old. All details must be correct and changes must be notified.

Password

The password you create must be kept confidential. Should you feel this has been compromised we must be informed immediately as you are responsible for all activities which have occurred using your password.

Security

In the unlikely event that security is breached we may request that your password be changed. We reserve the right to suspend your account and/or refuse access to our website, terminate or remove an account, edit content or cancel orders.

Contract

If no trading account is held payment must be made in full to enable your order to be processed.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that there has been a pricing mistake, you will be advised. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

All prices will be as advertised on our website but may be subject to change through circumstances beyond our control. Certain items may have a minimum order quantity, should this occur you will be advised and have the right to cancel.

Please see our 'Returns Policy' for details of any goods you may wish to return.

We will not be liable for any charges relating to damaged, late or non-delivery of any item.

Your right to cancel an order

You may cancel any time from the moment an order is placed and have 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods in which to cancel. All cancellations must be notified by email, fax or letter and the cost of returning the goods will be at the customer's liability.

Liability

Any deficiencies, breakages or late deliveries must be notified within 48 hours.

Should there be a problem with the goods, please notify us immediately by providing full details. If possible provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this may save time. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights and your statutory rights will not be affected.

Upon notification we reserve the right to carry out any of the following:

·        Make good any shortages

·        Rearrange another suitable delivery date

·        Replace defective goods

·        Refund items in question

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. We have tried to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on this website, however, we cannot guarantee their accuracy.

Our site offers no guarantees or warranties. All risks associated with Internet use are your liability. Errors & omissions are excepted. Inaccuracies should be notified immediately.

We try to ensure our website is available 24/7 all the year, however, should we encounter any downtime we will not be held liable for its unavailability.

Any links to third party websites from this Website are for your convenience only. They may not have been reviewed and we accept no responsibility for their content.

Assignment

You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent, which we will not withhold unreasonably.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or obligations under these Terms.
